Homemade Nico's Polle Polle Wedges
Lets admit that we all do love chips but the best type are wedges with the skin on for more flavour. This recipe for Homemade Potato Wedges by David Palmer from Optimum Gym is a great side dish, which is quick and easy to make.
Ingredients:
- 2 medium Potatoes
- Drizzle of Oil
- 1 teaspoon Nico’s Polle Polle© Spice Mix
Method:
Pre heat the oven to 200ºC. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges and place in a strong food bag. Add a little oil and shake the bag. Add the spice mix and shake until the potato wedges are evenly coated. Oven bake in a tray for about 20 minutes, turning half way.
Serves 2 - based on one potato per person.
